muhammara .. (spicy pepper dip)

This is a Lebanese spicy pepper dip with walnuts, pomegranate molasses, bread crumbs, cumin and olive oil.

‎2 red bell peppers and about 20 small size red hot peppers roasted
seeds and skin removed, roughly chopped
1cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
half cup plain good quality bread crumbs
juice of a half a lemon
2 Tbs cumin
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
about 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses ( this is what makes this dip amazing)
about 1/4 cup olive oil or grape seed oil
salt to taste
Mix everything in a food processor. Drizzle extra olive oil on top if you like and enjoy!
